"Red" vinification (maceration of the skins in the must) at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. Light refermentation (fizz creation) in autoclaves.
Lively hint of red foam; bright purple color; fragrant aroma of ripe grapes and forest fruits, with a hint of flowers; dry, fresh, lively, and fruity taste. It should be consumed young, within a couple of years from the harvest.
Savory first courses, cured meats, cheeses, and white meats.
Serve at 15-16°C
