From the hillside vineyards situated at 200-250 meters above sea level, we present our 2021 Barbera, with a yield of 100 quintals per hectare.
The vinification process is "in red" involving a brief maceration of the skins and a gentle effervescence achieved in the autoclave. Each batch is crafted to ensure the optimal freshness and fragrance.
