Floral hints reminiscent above all of roses, and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, however, it is harmonious and velvety, pleasantly savoury and dry.

Excellent as an aperitif, on the table it satisfactorily accompanies hors d'oeuvres and cured meats. But also white meats and, for lovers of strong flavours, the very classic Bagna Cauda, with garlic and anchovies. A versatile red, Ruchè also lends itself well to being served slightly cooler in combination with a simple slice of freshly seared tuna.
